Clinical Research Support Services
Fidelity conducts research studies in accordance with approved protocols and applicable local, state and federal regulations and support protocols as required by the Institutional Review Board (IRB), Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC), and Principal investigator.

Medical Office Secretary
Fidelity provides services as office assistant performing various clerical and administrative duties in support of the organization. Services also include stenography and office automation duties such as word processing, briefing charts and spreadsheets.

Military Modernization Support Services
Fidelity provides skilled consultants and analysts to augment a responsive support infrastructure for highly distributed AFMS research, development, acquisition, and technology transfer activities.

Strategic Medical Support Services
Fidelity provides manpower analysis, financial analysis, executive support, technical reports, database maintenance and training using Medical Planning & Programming Tool, Impact Application Tool, and Critical Operational Readiness Requirement to assist with the Defense Health Program Operations and Management.

Patient Administrative Support Services
Fidelity provides training and guidance for the USAF SG’s office, AFMSA and Medical Support Division’s Patient Administration office. We provide patient administration program management, consultant and analysis services and assistance to the government with policy development and implementation.
